A several days before. I search for information on the Weston 08-2201-W Number 22 Commercial Meat Grinder, 1 HP, so i would like to describe here.


I purchased a LEM. 35 hp grinder and spent over 3 hours of grinding 225 pounds of beef. It stopped and had to be cleaned several times during the process of. He said he would grind up to 4 pounds a minute, I thought it was closer to 1 pound per minute. I purchased the Weston 1 hp grinder uncrowded and 350 pounds of ground beef in about two hours. never stopped (except once when my friend kept forcing meat in it) and produced a large grind with 4.5 mm grinding dimensions
